Dennis Hall and All the Committed
"Employees and Technicians",
A big thank you for making the experience of having my "old clunker"
serviced and feeling "young" again. You all went out of youw way to
take care of both me and the car. Very nice to know that
"professionalism" ain't dead. Thanks! You made my day!
Sincerely,
Ray Noyes |
Dear Dennis,
Yvonne & I would like to thank you for changing out the locking
mechanism in our Honda Odyssey without charging us for the part or
labor. We appreciate businesses that stand behind their products.
Also, than you for looking at the used Accord we just purchased.
That gave me piece of mind in making my purchase. Now we are a two
Honda family.
Clark & Yvonne |
Dear Mr. Hall,
This letter is in regards to my 1995 Honda Accord in which you
repaired the air conditioning in addition to a few other items. I
would like to sincerely thank you for your professionalism and
honesty. You and your shop thoroughly inspected my car and found the
true problem with the air conditioning and fixed it at a reasonable
price.The reason I am so
impressed is as follows. I have to admit I brought the car to you
to get a second opinion. I first took it to West Side Honda, who
returned an estimate of $938, which included replacing the
compressor, clutch, coil, and dryer on the a/c system. Parts that
were, as I know now, in working order. You repaired just what needed
to be repaired for only $187 and even gave me a loner vehicle while
you were performing the repairs. It was like a breath of fresh air
to be treated as a valued customer as opposed to being duped into
unnecessary repairs. My only regret is that I will be moving out of
Knoxville soon and will probably not be able to visit your shop
again. Although, every Honda owner I know in Knoxville will soon
know your name.
Thanks Again,
Sincerely,
Darryl Richards

Dear Sir,
Upon leaving my office at 5:00 pm September, 15, 1998, I soon found
out my car would not start. I had to call a wrecker service that
highly recommended Dennis Hall's Honda Service (I have never heard
of you). I left my car in the hands of the wrecker driver who
assured my he would deliver my car to you first thing the next
morning. The next morning at 8:00am Dennis Hall called me to tell
me exactly what was wrong with my car. He was very polite and
courteous. He put me at ease in the worst of situations. I will
recommend Dennis Hall's Honda Service to all of my friends. I also
noticed my car was vacuumed and washed before I picked it up. I
wanted to say a big "Thank You" to you and your staff.
Sincerely,
Lesley Finney |
Dennis,
Thank you so much for all you do - especially the loaning of your
car - it helps alot!
It's so comforting to have a repair contact that I know will not add
any "hidden charges" or talk a "foreign" language about the car that
I totally don't understand.
I'm keeping my Del Sol, but bought a bigger car - so I'll be seeing
you all in the future.
P.S. I tell everyone about your business.
Gratefully,
Mary E. Chamberlain |
Dear Mr. Hall,
A couple of weeks ago, I brought my '98 Honda Civic in to you
because it was making a strange noise. You diagnosed the problem as
a cracked exhaust manifold and told me it would cost over $700 to
get it fixed. You then recommended that, due to the age and
condition of the car, I should go to the dealer and try to get them
to fix it for free or at least a reduced rate. You even encouraged
me to call Honda myself if the dealer wasn't helpful. You had
nothing to gain by giving me this advice. When I asked you if I'd be
able to get the work done at your shop if Honda did agree to the
deal, you said, No, I'd have to go through the dealer. Clearly, you
were looking out for my best interests, even though it meant you
would be losing my business. To make a long story short, your advice
saved me almost $600. (Honda paid for 75% of the repair). That is a
huge amount of money to me, and I can't tell you how grateful I am
to you for all your help. It is a pleasure to meet someone of such
strong character and integrity; I will definitely be coming to you
for maintenance and repairs in the future (although hopefully not
for a while!) Thank you so very much!
Sincerely,

Dear Dennis,
A note from the "survivor" to thank you Rita & Debbie. You were so
good to me. I was so sick I didn't know what to do you handled
it and with all of me, I thank you.
Honda came thru 100%. The power steering cup was completely dry - a
new one h had to be ordered. I had to use a rental for 2 days.
On first contact , I knew you were a good man - now I know so
much more and am totally grateful.
My best to to the three of you,
